All leases are for a perpetual term with an automatic 7% increase annually. So a $59/month lease for months 1-12 would increase to $63 from months 13-24 . . . etc. Leasee may terminate the lease by paying a termination fee after 3 years. The Leasor (us) cannot terminate the lease without cause (such as non-payment or illegal use). This approach eliminates the possibility of price gouging once your business succeeds.
