SAMPLE 1 - THE CAUTIOUS STARTUP

You start out renting to test things out ($100 per month). After a two month rental ($200), you decide to continue long term so we negotiate a lease price and terms ($100 month for 2 years) as well as a fixed price for the buy it now option ($10,000). You exercise the buy option after two years . . . lease payments ($100/month x 24 months) reduce the fixed price ($10,000 - $2,400) . . . you buy domain for $7,600. You own domain and website content. You may continue hosting your website with us for a $20 monthly fee or convert your website to another platform and find another hosting company.


SAMPLE 2 - THE FLIP

You start out renting to test things out ($100 per month). After a two month rental ($200), you decide to flip the domain/website so you continue renting for another four months. You find an end-user who is willing to buy the domain name/website. You had already pre-negotiated a buy it now price with us ($10,000). You flip domain name/website for $25,000. You make a huge return after putting up $600 to rent it. End-user may continue hosting website with us for a $20 monthly fee or convert the website to another platform and find another hosting company.


SAMPLE 3- THE UNFORESEEN EVENT

You start out renting to test things out ($100 per month). You and your partner are cash poor so you need to rent month to month. After three months, your partner joins the Peace Corp.
